Dyserth is a rural village situated at the intersection of the London Road from Rhyl and Prestatyn. In Lower Dyserth the village is famous for its waterfall that plunges seventy feet. The countryside around Dyserth is a haven for wildlife and Maes Hiraddug Nature Reserve is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest owned and managed by the North Wales Wildlife Trust and particularly attractive in the spring, with its swathes of cowslips, a vantage point from which to see a carpet of bluebells in the adjoining  wood.
The landscape around Dyserth is also recognised as being of national significance and in 1985 it was designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. White violets and orchids are there if you are lucky enough to see them.

Amenities include shops, doctors surgery and a junior school. Affords all types of residential properties, many with distant scenic views reaching to Snowdonia and the coastline. Rhyl and Prestatyn are within a 5 minute drive and Chester within 30 minutes.
