Bodelwyddan is an urban village situated between Rhyl, Abergele and St Asaph and by-passed by the A55 Expressway, making it very easy to commute North Wales. Famous for the landmark Marble Church (St Margaret’s Church) and Bodelwyddan Castle, a hotel, park and branch of the National Portrait Gallery. It is also the home of Ysbyty Glan Clwyd a renowned hospital and cancer unit, Accident & Emergency unit with Air Ambulance.

The original village comprises of stone built houses. Over the last century a wide range of property type have been built from bungalows to executive houses including a modern housing development at Ffordd Parc Castell. Properties are suitable for first time buyers, the retired and the company executive. Surrounding the village are hamlets that demand a high value to live in and the countryside used predominately for agricultural grazing. There is some arable farming and a discrete industrial park providing local employment.
